Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Touch of Paradise, Private Limited, Sri Lanka<\/h1>

Contract Subject \u00a0<\/h2>

\u00a0<\/p>

Touch of Paradise, Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Touch of Paradise”) offers touristic services in Sri Lanka. By booking a trip or a service, a contract is established between the customer and Touch of Paradise.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Services<\/h2>

The agreed-upon travel services are outlined in the booking confirmation and the travel description. Any changes or additions to the travel services must be agreed upon in writing.<\/p>

Payment Terms \u00a0<\/h2>

For online bookings, the full amount for the trip is charged immediately and is due at the time of booking. Payment is made online via the available payment methods.<\/p>

Cancellation and Withdrawal \u00a0<\/h2>

The customer may withdraw from the contract at any time before the trip begins. The following cancellation fees will apply:<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 – Up to 30 days before the trip: 20% of the total price.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 – 29 to 15 days before the trip: 50% of the total price.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 – Less than 15 days before the trip: 80% of the total price.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 – No-show: 100% of the total price.<\/p>

Liability \u00a0<\/h2>

Touch of Paradise is liable within the framework of statutory provisions for the proper delivery of the contractually agreed travel services. Liability for force majeure, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events, is excluded.<\/p>

Travel Insurance \u00a0<\/h2>

The purchase of travel insurance, particularly trip cancellation insurance and international health insurance, is strongly recommended.<\/p>

Passport, Visa, and Health Regulations \u00a0<\/h2>

The customer is responsible for complying with all necessary passport, visa, and health regulations for the trip. Touch of Paradise assumes no liability for disadvantages resulting from the non-compliance with these regulations.<\/p>

Data Protection\u00a0<\/h2>

Touch of Paradise handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data is used solely for processing the travel booking and for internal purposes.<\/p>

Final Provisions \u00a0<\/h2>

Amendments and additions to these T&C must be made in writing. Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/p>

Jurisdiction \u00a0<\/h2>

All disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. The place of jurisdiction is Colombo, Sri Lanka.<\/p>
